How it works:
  1. Export an XER from Primavera P6 at each progress update (baseline + weekly or monthly snapshots).
  2. Upload them here. The tool reads the data date and milestone records automatically.
  3. Every milestone in the schedule is picked up and tracked by Activity ID across all uploaded periods — no tagging required.
  4. Slip is computed against the baseline; RAG status applies float and slip-magnitude thresholds.
